AnalyZ Solutions is a web-based platform for data management, statistical analysis, and research reporting. The platform supports direct data upload as well as live API connections to third-party survey platforms including KoBo Toolbox, ODK Central, REDCap, and Google Sheets. The service is provided in two tiers: a free plan and paid subscription plans. Features, availability, and plan limits may change at any time. Statistical outputs are tools to assist analysis and should not be used as the sole basis for critical decisions without independent verification.

You retain full ownership of any data you upload to AnalyZ Solutions or connect via API. We do not claim any rights over your data. As described in our Privacy Policy, uploaded data and data retrieved via API is held in browser or server memory only during your active session and is never written to disk or retained after your session ends.
When using the API connector, you are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate authorisation to access the connected data source and that your use complies with the terms of service of the third-party platform.
The AnalyZ Solutions platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by AnalyZ Solutions. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.
The Sense Making module uses a third-party AI model to generate interpretations based on your analysis outputs. You retain ownership of any interpretation generated using your data and project context. However, AI-generated content is provided for informational and research assistance purposes only. AnalyZ Solutions makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated interpretations. You are responsible for independently verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it for decisions, publications, or submissions.
AnalyZ Solutions is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Statistical outputs are tools to assist analysis — they should not be used as the sole basis for critical decisions without independent verification.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnalyZ Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including any loss of data or results.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your account data will be removed from our systems.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users by email.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the registered location of AnalyZ Solutions.
